2/4/01(week6)

Work on initial requirements document. Come up with definition of requirements for system, project and user constraints of system. Revise software engineering 2B papers for requirements document. Research definition of functional requirements, non-functional requirements and project deliverables.

3/4/01(week 6)

Work on research hypothesis for about 3 hours. Wrote the final draft by hand.

9/4/01(semester break)

Project meeting. Discussion on revised requirements documents. Brief note of what should be done within document. Split tasks into sections (intro, functional requirements and non-functional requirements). Read up on the purpose of functional and non-functional requirements.

10/4/01(semester break)

Read chapter 4 of text "Software Engineering" by Ian Sommerville (p63 - 77). Part 4.2 - The Software Requirements document.

15/4/01(semester break)

Write rough draft of 'revised requirements document' - part of introduction, functional requirements, non-functional requirements.

18/4/01(semester break)

Making final draft of introduction, functional and non-functional requirements for the revised requirements document. Putting together all sections of the document to come up with final draft of revised requirements document.
